At Moss & Spy each piece is carefully designed and constructed in Australia. Our attention to detail and quality control ensures you receive a perfectly fitting garment however if you are not 100% satisfied with your new outfit, follow the instructions below so that we can help you choose your perfect item.
Please note - regrettably we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on SALE items. This applies to both Australian and International orders.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
There are just 3 simple rules in order to return or exchange a product with Moss & Spy.
1. Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
2. Original Moss& Spy tags must remain attached.
3. Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging.
No items which have make-up marks will be accepted for exchange or return.
HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE - all tags are intact and items are unworn as per the conditions above
Contact Moss & Spy via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and notify us of your intended exchange or return.
To post the item, you will need to purchase a prepaid plastic satchel at your local post office.
Included the following items in your satchel:
· Items you wish to return/exchange
· Moss & Spy Returns/Exchange Request Form
· Moss & Spy invoice
Please hold onto the tracking number for your package once you have posted it.
Once your package is received by Moss& Spy your exchange or refund shall be processed immediately on the same credit card used for purchase and an email will be sent to you to confirm your refund.
Expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded on any return items. Refunds are given for the original value at time of purchase, excluding the shipping cost.
Please note, Moss & Spy cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit, so keep that tracking number safe!
